Dre Alex Drolet-Dostaler, D.Ps.
Dr. Alex Drolet-Dostaler works with adult clients, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders and body image disorders (including pre- and post-bariatric surgery follow-ups), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal difficulties.
She works in English and French and favors an integrative humanistic-experiential, emotion-focused approach (ECF), which she combines with interventions derived from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Dre Catherine Giard, D.Ps.
Dr. Catherine Giard has knowledge and skills in the assessment and treatment of various psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties. She is also interested in psychological disorders that develop in the context of physical illness, as well as various forms of grief.
She adopts an integrative, personalized, and collaborative approach. Her interventions are based on recognized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). She offers a warm and caring therapeutic space, where each person’s experiences are recognized and respected.

Philippe Trudel, D.Ps.
Philippe Trudel is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. He specializes in emotion-focused therapy (ECT) for individuals and couples. He works with individuals experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational wounds, and life transitions. In his work with couples, he focuses on understanding relational cycles and facilitating restorative emotional experiences.

Dre Valérie Laviolette, D.Ps.
Dr. Valérie Laviolette works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relational wounds, sexuality-related concerns, or personality disorders. She is recognized for her sensitivity, clinical rigor, and ability to create a warm therapeutic environment that supports emotional and relational exploration. Her clinical experience is grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches.

Élysanne Lavoie-Lemieux
Élysanne Lavoie-Lemieux is a doctoral student in psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais and is currently completing the final stages of her training. She works primarily with adult clients, with a keen interest in issues related to trauma, grief, romantic relationships, anxiety and depression. Her approach is humanistic, experiential, and emotion-centered, focusing on exploring the physical and emotional experience from a compassionate and transformational perspective. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé and Dr. Alex Drolet-Dostaler.

Ariane Savoie-Tremblay
Ariane Savoie-Tremblay is currently completing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. She primarily uses a psychodynamic approach, complemented by humanistic principles. She seeks to understand each person as a whole and explore the underlying factors contributing to their difficulties, with the goal of fostering meaningful and lasting change.
Ariane works with a diverse individual clientele experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, recurring relationship patterns, and various personality-related challenges.
With a warm and compassionate presence, Ariane provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can feel heard and understood. She accompanies her clients with care as they explore their difficulties and supports them in creating lasting changes that align with their needs.

Pollyana Marra
Pollyanna Marra has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist in Brazil and is currently completing her professional equivalence process with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
Her clinical practice is primarily rooted in a Psychodynamic perspective and Gestalt Therapy of Object Relations (PGRO). She is particularly interested in the interrelationship between physical and psychological health, supporting individuals dealing with chronic pain, stress, and anxiety.
Furthermore, she focuses on psychological distress within the professional sphere, addressing burnout, professional identity challenges, and the impact of organizational stressors on mental health.
Her approach is designed to foster a deep understanding of relational patterns and emotional regulation. Pollyanna provides therapeutic services in English and Portuguese. Her practice is conducted under the clinical supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé.

Pollyanna Olimpia Marra possui mais de 20 anos de experiência no Brasil e encontra-se em processo de equivalência profissional perante a Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). Sua prática clínica fundamenta-se na perspectiva psicodinâmica e na Psicoterapia Gestalt das Relações de Objeto (PGRO). Seu trabalho dedica especial atenção à inter-relação entre a saúde física e a saúde psicológica, focando no tratamento de dor crônica, estresse e ansiedade. Além disso, foca no sofrimento psíquico relacionado ao mundo do trabalho, abordando questões de esgotamento profissional (burnout), identidade profissional e o impacto dos estressores organizacionais no equilíbrio psicológico. Através de uma abordagem integrativa, busca promover a compreensão de padrões relacionais e a regulação emocional. Pollyanna oferece atendimento em português e inglês. Érika Ahado
Ms. Ahado is currently completing a psychology equivalency internship under the supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé. A psychologist in her home country of Togo, she is completing this internship in Quebec to become familiar with the standards and requirements of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and to continue her professional journey here.
Érika has five years of experience in the helping professions. She has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, including individuals who have experienced war-related trauma and have sought refuge.
Calm, patient, attentive, and compassionate, Érika offers a warm and welcoming presence. She places great importance on helping each person feel understood, heard, and recognized in the uniqueness of their experience. She believes in taking the time to understand each person’s experience in order to help them make sense of what they are going through and better understand the symptoms they may be experiencing.
Érika will be pleased to accompany you with warmth, compassion, and care throughout your therapeutic journey.

Mahshid Shafiezadeh Kakhi
Ms. Mahshid Shafiezadeh Kakhi completed her Master’s degree in Counselling at Saint Paul University in April 2026. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and always had a particular interest in the connection between the body and the mind. The combination of her academic backgrounds allows her to develop a holistic understanding of each individual, taking into account biological, psychological, and relational dimensions.
She uses an integrative approach when working with individuals and an emotion-focused approach when working with couples.
Warm, compassionate, and attentive, Ms. Kakhi strives to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals can feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace and without judgment.

Samir El Filali
Mr. El Filali completed his Master’s degree in Counselling at Saint Paul University in April 2026. He uses a humanistic and experiential approach, which places importance on the individual’s lived experience and on understanding the person as a whole. Mr. El Filali is currently completing supervised practice to consolidate his knowledge and further develop his clinical skills.
He works with a variety of problematics, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, burnout, traumatic experiences, and depression. He provides individual counselling as well as couples counselling.
Compassionate, welcoming, and attentive, Mr. El Filali strives to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can better understand their experiences, draw upon their strengths, and move toward their personal goals.

Johanne Gadeau has been working as a Clinical Coordinator in the healthcare field for several years. In her role as Clinical Coordinator, she ensures the smooth delivery of services while providing individualized support grounded in compassion, professionalism, and collaboration.
Her approach is tailored to the specific needs of each person she meets, ensuring a personalized and caring experience.

Dre Vanessa Tassé, D.Ps. C.Psych
Dr. Vanessa Tassé is particularly interested in the interrelationship between physical and psychological health, the effects of life stressors, and personality organization. She works with adult clients in individual, marital, and group therapy.
Her primary approach is rooted in Gestalt Object Relations Psychotherapy (GORP), a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective. She also integrates tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindful self-compassion (MSC).
