Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Group

The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program, developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, is designed to cultivate a kind and compassionate attitude toward oneself during difficult times. Spread over six weeks, it teaches scientifically supported self-compassion techniques.

A series of 8 weekly sessions focused on psychoeducation about emotions and developing emotion regulation skills, based on an empirically supported approach (CBT).
