Dre Vanessa Tassé, D.Ps. C.Psych
Dr. Vanessa Tassé is particularly interested in the interrelationship between physical and psychological health, the effects of life stressors, and personality organization. She works with adult clients in individual, marital, and group therapy.
Her primary approach is rooted in Gestalt Object Relations Psychotherapy (GORP), a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective. She also integrates tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindful self-compassion (MSC).

Dre Alex Drolet-Dostaler, D.Ps.
Dr. Alex Drolet-Dostaler works with adult clients, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders and body image disorders (including pre- and post-bariatric surgery follow-ups), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal difficulties.
She works in English and French and favors an integrative humanistic-experiential, emotion-focused approach (ECF), which she combines with interventions derived from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Dre Catherine Giard, D.Ps.
Dr. Catherine Giard has knowledge and skills in the assessment and treatment of various psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties. She is also interested in psychological disorders that develop in the context of physical illness, as well as various forms of grief.
She adopts an integrative, personalized, and collaborative approach. Her interventions are based on recognized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). She offers a warm and caring therapeutic space, where each person’s experiences are recognized and respected.

Philippe Trudel
Philippe Trudel is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. He specializes in emotion-focused therapy (ECT) for individuals and couples. He works with individuals experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational wounds, and life transitions. In his work with couples, he focuses on understanding relational cycles and facilitating restorative emotional experiences.

Valérie Laviolette
Valérie Laviolette is a doctoral student in psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. Her clinical experience is based on humanistic, psychodynamic, and emotion-centered approaches. She works with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, relational wounds, sexual issues, and personality disorders. She is recognized for her sensitivity, clinical rigor, and ability to create a warm therapeutic space conducive to emotional and relational exploration. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé.

Cassandra Voyer
Cassandra Voyer is a doctoral student in psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. She works with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders, gender dysphoria, and relationship problems. Her approach is integrative, grounded in cognitive-behavioral and experiential therapy, enriched with psychodynamic, emotion-centered, and mindfulness elements. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé and Dr. Jesse Bossé.

Élysanne Lavoie-Lemieux
Élysanne Lavoie-Lemieux is a doctoral student in psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais and is currently completing the final stages of her training. She works primarily with adult clients, with a keen interest in issues related to trauma, grief, romantic relationships, and spirituality. Her approach is humanistic, experiential, and emotion-centered, focusing on exploring the physical and emotional experience from a compassionate and transformational perspective. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Vanessa Tassé and Dr. Alex Drolet-Dostaler.

Diego Leblanc
Diego Leblanc recently began a doctorate in clinical psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais and is trained in social work. He supports adults facing various mental health issues and leads psychoeducational workshops on anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. His approach is empathetic, focused on support, emotion management, and the development of coping strategies.

Marianne Mc Nally
Marianne Mc Nally is beginning her doctorate in clinical psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. She is interested in mental health and has a deep interest in chronic pain. As a clinical coordinator, she ensures the smooth running of services while providing individualized support based on compassion, rigor, and collaboration. Her approach is tailored to the specific needs of each person she meets.
